RATES

Stream-Facing Cabin


  • Price:  ₹4,250 per person (for double occupancy) + 5% Service Charge
  • Extra Adult: ₹3,750 (for a third person)
  • Children (under 11): Half price
  • Mid-week discount: ₹3,900 per person + 5% service charge
  • Price inclusive of meals and coffee/tea twice a day

Upstairs Rooms

  • Upto 7 people across two rooms with a shared bathroom
  • Price:  ₹4,250 per person (for double occupancy)
  • Extra Adult: ₹3,750 (for a third person)
  • Group Discount:  ₹3,500 per person if entire upstairs space is booked
  • Mid-week discount: ₹3,900 per person + 5% service charge
  • Price inclusive of meals and coffee/tea twice a day


Tents

  • Upto 2 adults and 1 child
  • Price:  ₹3,750 per person (for double occupancy) + 5% Service Charge
  • Extra Adult: ₹2,000 (for a third person)
  • Mid-week Discount: ₹3,500 + 5% service charge
  • Price inclusive of meals and coffee/tea twice a day


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Homestay is ideal for groups and have group rates for 8 people and above. Please contact us to learn more.
  • Pricing is valid until the end of the season, 31st May 2026.
  • Pricing inclusive of all meals and 2 rounds of tea/coffee.
  • All our tariffs have an additional 5% service charge.
  • Please note activities will all be charged seperately.
  • We require a 50% nonrefundable advance to confirm. However, if you cancel a booking before 12 p.m. on the day of scheduled arrival, the advance can be used towards another booking up to 31st May 2026.
  • During peak Christmas season and long weekends, our rates may slightly increase. Please contact us to know about our rates for the Christmas season and long weekends.
